The Short of the Long 
In order to create this distinctive fusion of flavours from the plants, our bees feed in Tasmania's native, wild forest. Prickly box, banksia, tea-tree and kunzea were some of the florae that were present. As a result, this year's Native Flora honey has a strong flavour and hints of acidity. Since none of our honeys have been pasteurised, processed, or filtered, they are brimming with all the natural deliciousness that raw honey has to offer.Each drop of honey in your bottle is the result of diligent work by the bees and their beekeeper, Bear. All our honey is unpasteurised, unprocessed, unfiltered and packed full of all the natural goodness raw honey has to offer!
 
We only package our honey in quality Australian made glass jars and eco packaging so that all our items are recyclable.
